BBodivio

Privacy Policy

Bodivio is run by one person, not a company. Contact: aqrabawi.aya@gmail.com. Health data is also covered by a separate policy, required by Washington law, linked at the bottom of this page.

What is collected

  • Account. Your email address, your password and your display name.
  • Details. Gender, age and height, which the healthy ranges are worked out from.
  • Body composition. Weight, skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass and percentage, total body water, lean and dry lean mass, basal metabolic rate, segmental lean and fat readings, and the score the device prints, taken from your result sheet.
  • Food. What you logged, its calories, protein, carbohydrate, fat and sugar, the portion you ate, and the time you logged it.
  • Training. The dates you trained, which machines, and the weight, repetitions and sets for each.
  • Goals. Your calorie, protein, carb and fat targets, your body goals, and how often you want to train.
  • Spending. What you spent, on what, where, and when, the category you filed it under, and any budgets you set.
  • Photos. Pictures you take of result sheets, meals, gym machines, receipts and price tags.

Why

To show you your own measurements and work out the figures on screen. There is no other purpose.

Who it reaches

  • Where your data is stored. An outside company holds your account, your readings and your photos, and handles logging in.
  • Where the app runs. An outside company serves the app to your phone.
  • Who reads your photos. When you scan a photo, it goes to an outside company that reads the numbers off it and sends them back. Only the photo, and only when you scan one.

What does not happen

  • Bodivio does not sell your data, and there is nothing here to sell it to.
  • There is no advertising network, no analytics and no tracking script in this app. Any banner you see is a plain image and link served from Bodivio's own domain.
  • Your data is never used to target advertising to you or anyone else.
  • No one else can see your data. It is locked to your account where it is stored, so a request for someone else's readings comes back with nothing.

How long it is kept

Until you delete it. Deleting your account removes your data, your photos and your login. The copy kept on your own phone goes when you log out.

Your rights

  • See what is held. Settings has a Download my data button. It gives you every reading, meal, session and machine as a file.
  • Delete it. Settings has a Delete everything button. It removes your data, your photos and your login, and it cannot be undone.
  • Withdraw consent. Deleting your account withdraws your consent and ends the collection.
  • Ask a person. Email aqrabawi.aya@gmail.com. Requests are answered as soon as they can be, and within 45 days at the latest. That is the limit RCW 19.373.040 sets.

Changes

This policy was last updated on 2026-08-01. If what is collected or who it is shared with ever changes, you will be asked to agree again before it takes effect.
